BOOKING Booking is subject to the provision of a valid credit card. If a credit card is not valid or has been declined or not provided, the booking is not confirmed or secured. Booking will be cancelled if attempts to contact the guest failed to produce a valid credit/debit card or a successful payment.
CANCELLATION The guest can cancel free of charge until seven (7) days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
PAYMENT The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation anytime. A 50% pre-payment will be taken 14 days before the day of arrival . A 100% pre-payment will be taken for booking made in the 7 days before arrival.
CHECK-IN Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. For an early or late arrival, an arrangement must be made with reception at +44 1723 364 692 / +44 7948911870. For self-check-in when reception is closed, please call +44 7948911870 on arrival.
DAMAGES Guests will be responsible for all charges for damages to premises, for any extra cleaning fees like steam cleaning or removal of unhygienic waste, for replacement of keys lost or not returned, missing TV remote control, and for replacement of any soiled beddings and linen and missing bed cover. Lost keys or keys not returned will be charged £50 per room. Missing TV remote control / TV indoor antenna will be charged each at £20. Soiled bedding and linen or missing bed covers will be charged £50.
EVICTION Noise and disruption to other guests will not be tolerated. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed in the premise. Management reserves the right to evict guests after one warning and offers no refund.
LOST OF PROPERTY The management will not be liable for any damages to or loss of property belonging to guests.
NO SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the building and bedrooms. There will be a charge of £20 for anyone found smoking within the premises.
